Roadmap

The honest version: Mara is pre-launch. The agent layer is functionally complete; the marketing site you're reading is part of the run-up to opening real signups. Here's what's coming.

The dunning program. The billing-webhook plumbing has been live for weeks. The journey archetype lands in the next release.

A bandit dashboard surface. Customers will be able to read which subject lines won, which lost, what the next round of variants looks like. Without asking for it.

PostHog and Segment first-class connectors. The webhook surface accepts arbitrary JSON today; native integrations land alongside the public signup opening.

The Optimizer specialist. Currently a stub. Once it ships, autonomous improvement (variant generation, segment refinement, threshold adjustment) becomes a real loop instead of a manual setting.

A real journey-editor surface. Today you tweak journey config via the dashboard JSON pane. The graphical version is in design.

Connectors for Resend, Loops, and Customer.io. Mara is built to write to any sending platform; today she writes only to Molted. The next sending-pipe connector is whichever you ask for first.

Shipping later

SOC 2 and the rest of the compliance work. Comes after the first ten paying customers, not before.

A team-management surface. Today, one tenant equals one company; users are members of tenants. Multi-tenant role management (admin, editor, viewer) is queued behind the first batch of customers actually needing it.

API access for tenants. Today everything flows through the dashboard or the chat. A public REST API for tenants who want to script against their own Mara is a later item.

What we're not building

Read the manifesto for the long version. The short version: no paid ads, no SEO writing, no broadcast newsletters, no transactional sends, no CRM, no sales outreach.

The roadmap is bounded by the role. Mara stays in her lane.
