Pricing

You pay per active journey, not per contact.

Most lifecycle email tools price by list size. That rewards bloat. Send to a million contacts you'll never convert, pay more. Mara prices by what she's actually running for you. Add a churn-save journey, the bill moves. Stop running it, the bill moves back.

The active-journey count includes anything Mara is currently writing to: welcome, activation, churn-save, win-back, re-engagement, expansion, feature-adoption, dunning. Each one is a unit.

Contacts are unlimited on every plan. A big list costs you nothing extra. You are billed on what Mara sends, not on how many people sit in your database.

The plans

Starter is $99 per month. Three active journeys, twenty-five thousand sends per month, your own sending domain. Mara drafts, you approve, she tracks what every send did. Most indie B2B founders land here.

Growth is $299 per month. Ten active journeys, a hundred and fifty thousand sends per month. This is where Mara runs herself. She writes new variants, shifts send share to the winners, and rewrites the losers on the bandit's signal without asking first. Her win-back and churn-save emails read like you wrote them by hand, because she weaves in what each person actually did before they drifted.

Pay yearly and two months are free.

Try before you hire

Point Mara at your URL and watch her draft a starter journey in your voice. That part is free, no card.

When you're ready to send, every plan starts with a fourteen day trial. Card up front, cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing. Extra sends beyond your plan are billed at a dollar fifty per thousand, so you're never cut off mid-send.

What's the same on both plans

The brain. The Brand Analyst, the Copywriter, the Reply Analyst, every other specialist. The approval gate. The audit log. Mara doesn't get smarter when you pay more. She handles more volume and takes more off your plate.

What's not in any plan

Paid ads. SEO content. Social posts. Broadcast newsletters. Transactional sends. CRM. Sales outreach.

This list isn't a "coming soon." It's a "not the product." If you need any of those, Mara isn't the hire.

A few questions you might have

Why per-active-journey instead of per-contact? Per-active-journey maps to what Mara does. Per-contact rewards list bloat. Per-journey rewards adding the win-back you've been putting off. Add a churn-save journey, you pay for the value you got. Your list can be any size.

Does Mara write a different email for every single person? No, and that's on purpose. The emails improve through iteration. Mara drafts a few variants per segment, sends them, watches opens, clicks, and replies, then shifts to what works and rewrites what didn't. That learning loop is the product. On high stakes journeys like win-back and churn-save she does add real per-person context, because there the personal touch earns its cost.

Will Mara sound like us, or like a chatbot? She reads your homepage, blog, last 50 emails, and any tone guide before she writes anything. Drafts come back as plain text. Read them, edit them, or kill them. Whatever you reject becomes training.

What happens if she sends something wrong? Sends are gated by a policy you set: auto-send, send-after-approval, or draft-only. New tenants default to approval. Every send is logged with the reasoning trace.

Can I leave with my data? Yes. Contacts, sequences, and sender reputation stay with you. Cancel and you keep them.
